Out of Darkness and Into Light

1 Peter 2:9

"But you are not like that, for you are a chosen people. You are royal priests, a holy nation, God’s very own possession. As a result, you can show others the goodness of God, for he called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light."

Prayer Point:

We pray for the people of Antalya to become are a chosen people, royal priests, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession. Thank you, Lord, that you have set aside for yourself a chosen people in Antalya to be holy representatives of your new covenant to the lost people around them. May they overflow with joy at your goodness so that your praise might always be on their lips. May every people group in Antalya tell about the wonderful acts of God because He called them out of darkness into his wonderful light.

Model to Reproduce

Disciplemaking Principle: Model To Reproduce In movements, it's crucial to keep things simple so they can be reproduced by all disciples and churches. However, merely telling people isn't adequate. For example in the first several chapters of Luke, Jesus modeled proclaiming the kingdom, healing the sick, and casting out demons. Then in Luke 9 and 10, he sent his disciples out to do the same! Disciple makers must model with the goal of reproducing so that new disciples and churches can be fully trained and equipped and so this healthy DNA can be passed along to each spiritual generation.
