Protect Us

Acts 5:1-11

"But there was a certain man named Ananias who, with his wife, Sapphira, sold some property. He brought part of the money to the apostles, claiming it was the full amount. With his wife’s consent, he kept the rest…

And Peter said, “How could the two of you even think of conspiring to test the Spirit of the Lord like this? The young men who buried your husband are just outside the door, and they will carry you out, too…”

Prayer Point:

God, you rightly judge all motives. Please keep the hearts of all people in Turkey protected from Satan's schemes. Keep them from temptations that they may never experience your wrath as Ananias and Sepphira did. Help your church realize that they must build a firm foundation on you alone and run their race of faith with perserverance. Teach your disciples, Lord, to be honest and trustworthy people, mirroring the life of Jesus himself.

Understand the Urgency

February 4, 2025

Disciplemaking Principle: Understand the Urgency of the Task Jesus tells his disciples that we will not know the hour in which he will return, but that we should always be ready. Disciple Making Movements focus on the urgency of the task at hand - all peoples, nations, tribes and languages hearing the good news of Christ.

Rejoice and Sing!

February 3, 2025

Psalm 66:4-7 "Everything on earth will worship you;     they will sing your praises,     shouting your name in glorious songs. Come and see what our God has done,     what awesome miracles he performs for people! He made a dry path through the Red Sea,     and his people went across on foot.     There we rejoiced in him. For by his great power he rules forever.     He watches every movement of the nations;     let no rebel rise in defiance."
