You Are Our Protector

Psalms 121:5-8

"The Lord watches over you—
    the Lord is your shade at your right hand;
the sun will not harm you by day,
    nor the moon by night.

The Lord will keep you from all harm—
    he will watch over your life;
the Lord will watch over your coming and going
    both now and forevermore."

Prayer Point:

You are our Strong Tower, our place of refuge. You keep us safe under the shadow of your wing, Lord. We praise you for your faithfulness and your protection of your people in Gaziantep. As the church there grows we ask for new disciples to be bold witnesses of their new and maturing faith. Raise up your leaders and send out new workers from the harvest field into new harvest fields that have not yet heard the good news of Christ. Watch over them as they go, strengthen them as they face persecution and hardships. Send your angel armies to protect the true followers of your way, keeping them safe spiritually and physically. We beg you, Lord, keep your disciples from harm.
