Let's pray specifically for one of the unreached people groups living in Turkey today

The Somali People

The 28,000 Somali living in Turkey do have access to a complete translated Bible, along with several audio and video options to hear about the truth of Jesus. Sadly, they still remain some of the least reached both in the world and those within Turkey. Somali in Turkey tend to stick together in smaller communities, making breakthrough into this population a little more challenging. Pray for the gospel to penitrate this community and spread rapidly. Our God is a God of the impossible.

Prayer Point:

Heavenly Father, you are the God of the impossible. You know each and every Somali person living in Turkey; you know their hopes, dreams and needs. Reach into their lives, Lord, and draw them to yourself. Open a path for disciple makers to enter into this tightknit community and pierce through the darkness to reveal your marvellous light. They have the bible in their language, Jesus, let them get ahold of your holy word and read it. Capture their imagianations, fill their minds with thoughts about you and may their dreams be full of "the man in white", as many Muslim background believers will say. Bring about a disciple making movement among the Somali in Turkey, O Lord.
