Focus on Living Stones

1 Peter 2:4-5

"You are coming to Christ, who is the living cornerstone of God’s temple. He was rejected by people, but he was chosen by God for great honor. And you are living stones that God is building into his spiritual temple. What’s more, you are his holy priests. Through the mediation of Jesus Christ, you offer spiritual sacrifices that please God."

Prayer Point:

Lord, we pray that the people in Gaziantep would draw near to you. As national festivities begin this month, let those in Gaziantep not be forgotten for the suffering they have experienced from the 2023 Earthquakes. Jesus, build your church here, not of stones but of people who have heard your word and responded. May they offer up to you sweet sacrifices of a life of obedience, humbly walking with you day by day. Most worldwide movements mainly have house churches. Pray that the churches in Gaziantep will NOT focus their resources on building buildings, but that they will continue to focus on equipping disciples as ministers. Send out more workers to the harvest fields in Southeast Turkey, that they may bring in an abundant harvest of people to your throne, Lord.
