Praise You for You are Near to Us

Psalm 27:4

"The one thing I ask of the Lord—
    the thing I seek most—
is to live in the house of the Lord all the days of my life,
    delighting in the Lord’s perfections
    and meditating in his Temple."

Prayer Point:

Lord, we love your presence! We recognize that different belief systems make many claims about you. Some say you don't exist. Some beliefs say there is a God-like force that forms the ultimate reality. And some say you are as close as the jugular vein in our necks! But no one else makes the claim of living in us. Praise you, Lord for the gift of your personal and knowable presence. We worship and adore you for inviting us to be with you where there is fullness of joy. We pray for your disciples in Antalya, increase their hunger for more of you. We especially ask that you will reveal to the Turks that your perfections bring delight.
