The Lezgin in Turkey

2 CORINTHIANS 8:2-4

The recorded history for this people dates from 300 years before Christ's birth. The Lezgin in Turkey have no known followers of Jesus and are considered 100% Muslim. Spiritism and animistic practices are also widespread in their culture. They often tie rags to holy trees or near holy graves to seek spiritual assistance for health or marriage or economic good fortune. Rejoice and pray for the current Lezgin New Testament translation project. Pray for believers to gain the Lord's heart for the Lezgin in Turkey and with joy sacrificially give their time, prayers, and finances to meet the needs of this people for the gospel.
