Learn From Mistakes

Disciplemaking Principle: Learn From Mistakes

Movements have many challenges, mistakes, and problems as discipling people is never straightforward or easy. The sooner disciple makers can reflect on and grow from a mistake, the quicker they will be able to find the most effective ways to make multiplying disciples.

Prayer Point:

Pray that leaders will be honest in sharing their mistakes so they can learn from each other. Ask that they will live with Christ giving them all they need and keep moving forward. Pray that they would abide in Christ as He is the one who will bring much fruit out of their lives. Pray that disciple makers surrender the results to the Lord as they focus on obedience.

Disciple Making Movements focus on the urgency of the task at hand - all peoples, nations, tribes and languages hearing the good news of Christ.

Psalm 66:4-7 "Everything on earth will worship you;     they will sing your praises,     shouting your name in glorious songs. Come and see what our God has done,     what awesome miracles he performs for people! He made a dry path through the Red Sea,     and his people went across on foot.     There we rejoiced in him. For by his great power he rules forever.     He watches every movement of the nations;     let no rebel rise in defiance."
