The humility of a disciple maker speaks volumes where the world generally values the opposite: attention, saving face, and pride. As Paul says about Jesus in Philippians 2: "…he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death — even death on a cross!" As disciple makers are humble servants of those around them, they leave room for the Lord to move in power and receive all the glory.
Ask the Lord to help all disciples and movement leaders walk in humility, putting others ahead of themselves. May they have the same mindset as Christ Jesus being willing to do whatever it takes so that all may hear the Good News.

Disciplemaking Principle: Understand the Urgency of the Task Jesus tells his disciples that we will not know the hour in which he will return, but that we should always be ready. Disciple Making Movements focus on the urgency of the task at hand - all peoples, nations, tribes and languages hearing the good news of Christ.
ReadPsalm 66:4-7 "Everything on earth will worship you; they will sing your praises, shouting your name in glorious songs. Come and see what our God has done, what awesome miracles he performs for people! He made a dry path through the Red Sea, and his people went across on foot. There we rejoiced in him. For by his great power he rules forever. He watches every movement of the nations; let no rebel rise in defiance."
