Around two million Bosniaks live in the Balkans today, but most Bosniaks identify themselves with Bosnia and Herzegovina as their ethnic state. They have experienced various instances of ethnic cleansing and genocide which have had a tremendous effect on the distribution of their population. For many Bosniaks, Islamic identity has more to do with cultural roots than with religious beliefs. There are few laborers in Turkey focused on the Bosniak people. Pray for more laborers. Pray for the gospel to spread across cultural divides.
