Pray for an Acts 19 movement to reach every unreached people and place in Shiraz –Iran and the surrounding regions.

Following a botched 2015 nuclear deal with the U.S., firm sanctions on Iran have weakened their economy and further tainted the public opinion of the only Islamic Theocracy in the world.

As the access to basic necessities and governmental planning worsens, the people of Iran are further disillusioned with the Islamic utopia the government promised. These are just a few of the many factors that are contributing to Iran hosting the fastest-growing church in the world.

Shiraz is the capital city of the Fars province in southwestern Iran. Famous for its wine, it is both a historic site and an attractive modern city, with gardens, shrines, and mosques.

Pray for the gospel SURGE teams as they lay down their lives to plant churches and care for the sick and needy of this city; pray for them to be given supernatural wisdom, courage, and protection.
