God, give wisdom regarding in whom to invest, both in developing leaders and forming new partnerships.
God, your Word says you are our guide. As the apostles understood when they needed to add another minister to their number, we ask that you will give us clarity about growing ministries and partnerships, too. Guide us to what is optimal that we might serve you best. We ask this in Jesus' name.
