Acts 8:1, 4 "…Now on that day a great persecution began against the church in Jerusalem, and all except the apostles were forced to scatter throughout the regions of Judea and Samaria. . .Now those who had been forced to scatter went around proclaiming the good news of the word."

As we prayed yesterday, Lord, you work everything for the good of those who love you. Your purpose in the persecution of the church of Jerusalem was fulfilled and the gospel was spread. As brothers and sisters in the Bangkok church suffer today for sharing your word, God, let them be strengthened by the believers who went before them and trust in you fully. Thank you, Lord.
